I am a licensed inspector with the State of Tennessee, license #816.  Requirements with the State include 90 hours of approved course study and graduation from same.  Pass a national exam for home inspectors, and maintaining E & O and general liability insurance.  I am a member in good standing with InteNACHI. I have been involved in the construction industry for many years, everything from landscaping to framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall hang and finish, ceramic tile installation and many other items associated with the industry.
